Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) Loans are great programs for someone who is looking to grow their real estate empire by owning rental properties.  DSCR loans can be used for both short term and long term rentals, and do not require us to look at personal income for qualifying.  Qualifying income is based off of the amount of monthly income the property is expected to generate.
